Doodlie

Wah. January's gonna be one of those months again. Swamped at work. Still working on getting my new apartment ship-shape and decorated appropriately(that's what makes a house a home, doncha know!). Also hammering out pages for GBG, mah first officially comic that I'm running with, in the public eyeball so I HAVE to keep it going.

Honestly? Its been a lot of fun. And I am happy to say it doesn't look anything like another comic that's up there.Though one of these days I'll have to come up with my own template. Smackjeeves has a lot of nice ones. It really does! But I can't help it. After all, I got that webbie degree. I might as well use it for SOME thing.

But this is all a reason this little blog has been silent. I am alive, I am working, but that's the problem. I'm working. And I'm stopping myself from posting my comic in 2 places. Defeats the purpose, don'cha know. So here's a sketch of Dime!

One of these days I'll pick out her actual, non-toned colors. Also, proof of work from my next update on Thursday to GBG:

*snicker* I have no idea why this is so funny to me. Poor guy. I made 7 too tall. But I believe that's part of his charm!

Side note: The font I'm using(and most of the fonts I have) is from BLAMBOT. Very nice font site. The one I've picked is Mighty Zero, a free font that's just plain charming. I was introduced to Blambot by my friend Tim(Timmy? TIMMAH!). Holy crap Tim! Obscure intranetz props! X3 Links to Blam are over on the side. Along with a few other sites whose free fonts I've fallen in love with.
