She's built basically to be a foil for Deela. Where Deela believes in truth, justice and butterfly kisses, she believes in, well, pretty much nothing. And kicking kittens. Fun! Still nameless.
Also messing with Deela's costumes. Was also supposed to be a proper dress and a joke outfit, but stopped. It happens.
