AJ begged me to draw him a picture of his character(the girl on the right), Chris' character(the girl on the left) and my much abandoned and misanthropic paladin(the confused girl in the middle). SO here it is.

Then he complained it wasn't actiony. So I did what any good artist would do.

I told him to go suck on a straw.

Maybe I'll color this. MAYBE.

If I WERE going to do prints(still not confident enough), I woulda put something up there that's slightly more....refined? Yeah, I think refined is a good word. Must find out how to fix!

Introducing Zeev

This is Zeev. She lives in the same world as Nae and Khord. She's sort of a playmate for Khord(not only does she have super strength as well, she has a second monsterous form and terraknesis, though i may remove that later). She's Charli's closest friend(another character in this world; playmate to Nae). Don't be fooled by that clueless look. She's rather ruthless. And a hedonist. Not a big fan of clothes(they always rip when she goes into her other form; also pants are for sissies). Not sure whether I'll make their relationship romantic or not. Not a big fan of romances.

Odd, huh? A girly who's not big on love.

I have my reasons.

Of Flayers and Mere Men

I must explain. What lies below was inspired by this.

I have spoken before of my harrowing adventures in the worlds where 20d are king. During this, and because my brother imposed on our world as a Dark God we all must obey as we struggled to survive while he DM'd us to our certain dooms, there were 2 words I came to loathe:

So seeing thus in aforementioned comic, the second panel immediately struck me as hilarious. Iron Chef Mind Flayer. It immediately evoked this mental image, which would not rest until it was crafted onto paper:

I hope there are other such souls who can appreciate the hilarity of this image as do I. And to those who happily are ignorant to this creature, no, the mind flayer is not cuddley. It is not cute. It is simply awaiting to EAT YOUR BRAIN.

Oh hey in other news, *points to the sidebar*. A yepp. Put more bunns from BK's sites(mostly DA accounts) over yonder. Go and stare at them. Keep in mind the majority of them are pretty young. Go slather them with praise for they're talented little guys and gals! Also, a few blogs from friends o' mine, specifically Tim(Timmeh? TIMMEH!) and Miss Chobits(another bunn and a lovely friend). Oh and I put myself on DA. Again. This is actually a second attempt. The first one I totally forgot the name and password. Wasn't much of concequence up there, not too worried about it.

That's all. Back to trying to herd all my artistic ability back into something that I have the ability to DIRECT. *growl*

So anyway, I've had a story rambling around my head. Again. I know. I know. What's this like the four-hundreth one? I have a lot of stories. Getting them FINISHED, now there's the catch. I'm quite fond of this particular story. Something with enough of a plot, easy to draw. Its starring my two dragon-halves who I have decided are now brothers(same mother, different dragon fathers), Nae'dralindaar and Khord.

Not entirely sure why I drew this. Perhaps inspired by this. But anyway, this is a scene from their childhood. A fight(of course, Khord is involved), and by the look on Khord's face, its about to get violent. Poor Nae is pleading for common sense to take rule and for the fight to stop before it starts. Whether this is for the attacker's benefit, or so Khord doesn't seriously hurt someone, we'll never know. I think it's probably the latter.

When it rains

Deluge. And that is both metaphore and reality. Whoolah, there's been a storm a brewin' for the past week and it finally broke yesterday. Lightning. Rain. Winds. All that fun stuff. Also the winds of life have been howling as well. Worried about my boss. Work load doubled. Fun fun fun.
