Gwar! So, I HAVE been a busy little bee. I just haven't been scanning lately. I suppose you could say I might have bitten off more responsibility than I can chew again, but really? It was just a mess of bad luck and tax season really. Moo. Nymine is not fond of bills. Also, I decided I wanted to go back to school. You can see how that might complicate things.
Anyhoo, this below is a sketch I did whilst meeting with my aforementioned creative group again:

No idea where the bat monster or the girl came from. But lookie who! It's Khord again(he recently got reinvented for an rp I'm participating in; I think Khord is one of those chars I'll never really abandon). Expect to see more of him.

This is a group shot for an idea I pitched for our creative group. Basically, it's my contribution into the story fare, something I want to have animated eventually. Not saying much about it at the moment since it's still very infant in age. However, I'mma HAFTA keep going this one, otherwise I'm sure my group would flog me. See kiddies? Peer pressure IS a good thing!!

Next couple of images are all from said story. This is basically an illustration of how I conceptualize characters. I literally have hundreds of sheets like the one above where I'm just trying to visualize what the character looks like. It all starts with heads for me. That's where all the personality lies, you know? Get yourself a decent head and it'll be sooo much easier to tack it on to a body(for me atleast; probably b/c to me eyes are the most important part of a char, or lack there of).

Next comes the many different attempts at body and clothes. This is actually a completely different character from the first sheet, as that char hasn't reached this stage yet, and I lost most of the bunny's head pages('lost' is a loose term open to interpretation meaning 'tore up and pitched in artistic grr mode').

And the finalized design. At this point at least. No doubt it'll continue to evolve, but I like to keep tabs. And this one's a two-fer(trying to conserve paper doncha knoo).
Afoot! Afoot! Things are afoot!
